I’m Jingyi, a product designer experienced in crafting user-friendly, seamless and beautiful payment experiences for both consumers and enterprises.
Also an Illustrator + Writer + Creative Coder + Traveler.
Besides design, I like drawing & painting, photography, watching animations, playing ping-pong, and learning new languages. I speak 🇨🇦English, 🇨🇳Mandarin, 🇨🇳Cantonese, and 🇯🇵Japanese fluently. One OK Rock and Simple Plan are my favorite bands.
I'm currently working as a product designer at nanopay With a background in graphic design, I came to Canada to study Inclusive Design at OCAD University, where I learned about user-centered design and accessibility. I believe that design should be problem-solving, intentional and inclusive. The best reward of being a product designer is seeing the happy face of people using what we've designed.
This static portfolio site is designed and coded by me, in pure HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
This is my first experiment on putting a website online😍 !!! I use CSS grid to make the site responsive. Learning a front-end framework is my next goal.
* In order to make CSS grid compatible with early browsers, I added specific CSS targeting Edge, IE 11, 10, 9. However, for IE users, you may experience a 100% width content page on the protected page, maybe it has something to do with the encrypt method, still trying to figure out.
